This course offers entry level technical training in skills applied to scientific sampling, measurement and testing in a field or plant situation. It has been developed with support of industry to suit the needs of the mining and infrastructure sector.
Course Topics
This course is designed to walk participants through the accepted practice of taking unbiased samples, measurements and field tests to meet the standards required by regulators. Field safety, transport and handling of samples and calibration techniques are covered in detail.
